Vernon prepared, committed to solutions

I have had an opportunity to work with Monica Vernon in a wide variety of situations for almost 15 years. Although she and I have not always agreed on the issues before us, I could rely on Vernon to have done her homework and to have approached the situation with integrity and an unwavering commitment to arrive at a solution.
These attributes have marked her work on the City Council. She is truly dedicated to serving the residents of Cedar Rapids and works tirelessly to help our community grow and prosper for the benefit of all residents.
