Vandals: Please return special lawn ornament

I would like to ask the individuals who took my white concrete pelican statue from my yard last fall to please return it. It was given to me as a Christmas gift from my Mom and Dad and has great sentimental value to me as both of them are now deceased.
Some of you may know us as the blue house on the corner with all the flowers.
This pelican is white and about 3 feet tall and was very decorative in our yard. It has stood in our yard for 13 years and never has been disturbed. So, please, be so kind to return it so everyone driving by the blue house can again enjoy it.
