Use better cameras for bank security

If banks want the police to catch bank robbers, then they should update their security cameras. A fuzzy photo isn't much for the police to go on. With technology these days, they should have movie cameras inside and outside.
My tax dollars should not be wasted on a business that is making no effort of its own.
