Unfair charges for some on Medicare

I would like to comment on the Affordable Care Act. I think it is a good thing for many people, especially the fact that their insurance company can no longer charge them more for having a pre-existing condition.
What many people do not know is that people who are on Medicare are still charged more and can only get a certain kind of Medigap insurance because they have a pre-existing condition. I know this is true because I called my insurance company and Medicare and this fact was confirmed by both entities.
I do not think this is fair to our senior citizens, many of whom, like me, are on a fixed income.
