Truth and integrity are core values

We teach our children to tell the truth. We don't teach our children to use 'alternative facts.” We teach our children to have integrity. We don't teach our children to be deceitful.
If truth and integrity are no longer important when we become adults then please stop holding our children to such high standards. Money and greed seem to alter our perception about two core values of being good human beings. If we as adults inoculate ourselves to the value truth has become then we as a society have some dark days ahead. Our children deserve much better!
We seem to accept those in power who trash the truth as long as they fit into our agenda. Truly unfortunate.
