Trump saga shows the Bidens are corrupt, too

So much has been discussed about impeachment. However, one angle has not been addressed. Joe Biden's fate could be closely linked to that of President Donald Trump's.
We are told that a campaign, by law, is not allowed to accept foreign contributions. Also, we are told that President Donald Trump received 'dirt” on the Bidens from Ukraine, constituting a 'thing of value” (contribution) to his campaign.
OK, say that is true. Sounds like an acknowledgment that Joe Biden and his son did something wrong in Ukraine. On the other hand, if the Bidens are not guilty of anything, Trump did not receive a thing of value.
Or is seeking a Ukrainian investigation of Biden, regardless of what an investigation might yield, an impeachable offense?
Whatever the answer, candidate Biden would be better off without this controversy. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump continues to be his own worst enemy. Voters may reluctantly put a far- left person in the White House just to be done with him.
