Trump is delivering on everything

Thank you to The Gazette for its articles opposing the Big Beautiful Bill. They have generated editorials and letters decrying how the bill will make the rich richer and the poor poorer and how an increased ICE budget to remove illegal aliens from our country has made us a police state with masked gestapo. My favorite is when they blame Trump voters for all of the problems in the U.S.

The first tax implication of the BBB is that it maintained the existing tax cut from 2017, saving taxpayers an estimated $5,000 per household. Other tax cuts — no tax on tips or overtime, child care credits and no tax on social security — benefit almost all Americans who pay taxes.

ICE is out to remove the worst first. Many Democrats support protests of their efforts, which have led to attacks on ICE agents. ICE agents have become so reviled by wacko leftists that they must wear masks to protect their identities. You’re a hypocrite if you complain about this but didn’t also complain about the masked antisemitic protesters on college campuses. Where is due process? If you skip due process coming in, you shouldn’t get it going out!

Trump won both the electoral and the popular vote. His support among Latinos and African Americans increased. The bottom line is that Trump is delivering everything he ran on so keep whining. So thank you for your letters. The rest of us find your rants humorous.
