Trump has cognitive issues, too — and a felony record

With President Biden dropping out of the race due to his age, why are people not asking the same about Donald Trump? He shows cognitive issues. He is also a convicted felon. He also committed what I believe is treason after the 2020 election. Why are members of the Republican Party not calling for Trump to pull out of the race?
There have to be better candidates in this country.
