Traits Kennedy football coach should have

As Jefferson High School begins its search for its next football coach, I propose it seeks a man with the dignity and class of George Hidinger, the confidence and leadership of Ted Lawrence, the offensive line expertise and kindness of Jack Fisk, the defensive strategy and ability to motivate of Ron Schirm, the organization and attention to detail of Bob Ask, the offensive flair of Vern Bredeson, the positive approach and innovation of Bill Calloway, the passion and dedication of Jim Dostal and the adaptability and flexibility of Dave Jacobson.
