Traffic cameras not a welcoming sign

Cedar Rapids should post signs at its city limits on Interstate 380 saying 'take your business elsewhere, we don't want it.”
That is exactly what they are saying when they violate state rules on speed cameras. Any to say they won't refund any money on tickets is double harassment.
Cedar Rapids, you couldn't be more clear that you want people to spend their money in other cities and towns. There are plenty of places to shop, buy gas and of course, casinos to attend in Iowa where people won't be ambushed by speed cameras to rob them of their hard earned money.
And there probably is a reason why so many people have been ticketed for speeding on I-380. Perhaps it's because when drivers dodge all the potholes on Cedar Rapids busted up streets then when they get on I-380, where it is actually maintained, they accelerate to get out of Cedar Rapids.
