Traffic cameras make roads safer

I just appalled as to who are against traffic cameras, among them state Sen. Brad Zaun, Iowa City Council member Connie Champion, and of course, Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad. My thoughts: The more cameras there are, the safer our roads.
If people who oppose them would drive within our state road laws, you wouldn't have a thing to worry about. There are some idiots who break our state laws and we need more cameras to control them.
