Traffic cameras don’t ticket law-abiding citizens

Some individuals believe that automatic traffic cameras are unconstitutional because the car owner is fined even if the car owner is not driving. Using that logic, parking meter fines should be banned because the car owner is fined even if the car owner was not driving. Illegally parking in a handicap spot is also unconstitutional because the fine is issued not knowing who the driver is. I personally do not understand the problem. There is nothing to worry about if you do not do anything wrong. The automatic traffic cameras business would not exist if everyone obeyed the speed limit. Until that happens, don't do the crime if you cannot pay the fine.
