Traffic cameras are doing their job

Shame on you state Sen. Brad Zaun, of Urbandale. Every (traffic camera) citation issued was because the law was broken. What you should have done was take your son to the “woodshed” and explained how he had broken the law. Instead you complain that the cameras are unfair and just a “cash cow” in Cedar Rapids.
Until you can come up with the money to fund “a cop on every corner,” the cameras are doing what they were intended to do.
