Tobacco as danerous as recalled infant seat

Infants are thankful the American Academy of Pediatrics petitioned the Consumer Product Safety Commission, asking for Fisher-Price to recall the Rock n' Play sleepers that have fatally rolled over more than 30 infants since 2009. Shouldn't the American Medical Association be scripting the CPSC to recall tobacco as it has killed nearly 5 million in the same 10 years?
Regretfully, without any remorse, 'killer tobacco” rolled my World War II veteran father into his casket when I was 11 years old, and it continues to rock addicts to a lethal sleep. Please stop marginalizing painful tobacco deaths.
