To the editor:
It is paradoxical, but probably predictable that Sen. Robert Menendez, the Democrat who dared to challenge President Barack Obama's agenda, was indicted on corruption charges while Lois Lerner, the Internal Revenue System leader, who not only took the 5th Amendment so she did not have to testify, but lost the emails with evidence to explain why and how conservatives were harassed by the IRS, was exonerated.
And Hillary Clinton appears to be able to delete government emails without consequences. Russian leader Vladimir Putin's critic was murdered.
Obama does not have his critics killed, but there are perks for his followers and consequences for challengers.
Menendez said ' ... hold judgment ... I will be vindicated.”
