The rich should pay their fair share

I am tired of the Republicans in Congress telling us that we shouldn't “tax the rich” because the rich are the job creators.
The wealthy don't create jobs; the demand for services and products are the driving force of job creation. The rich (business owners) will continue to hire if there is a demand for their goods and services and giving away more or less “free money” won't make any difference.
The Republicans tell us that the poor and middle class are just envious but that is not the case. The poor just want the rich to pay their fair share, not run over us by breaking labor unions that ensure fair wages and safe working conditions for workers and doing away with regulations that protect our food and environment or take away our rights to vote.
I don't know why some people in the middle class are worried about the big insurance companies and the other rich, these people will survive.
