The Lord’s Prayer vs. The World’s Prayer

I am a Christian. Jesus gave me a prayer to pray. It is satisfying. It is comforting. Even people of other faiths find it powerful. However, I find myself praying the World's Prayer more often than the Lord's Prayer. The majority of people, even fellow Christians, are praying the World's Prayer, too. It is not satisfying or comforting. I ask you to think about it:
“Hey, big guy, who art on the other side of the fence, hallowed be my name. My kingdom come, my will be done on my side of the fence and on your side, too. Give me all I that I want today and I do mean today.
“Nothing I have done is sinful in my eyes. I feel good about me. People tell me I am a good guy. So leave me alone.
“Lead me not ... for I know what I am doing. I follow worldly leaders with whom I agree. They know what to do. I trust them.
“Deliver me from evil people with whom I do not agree. They follow other worldly leaders. Smite these people, big guy.
“For the glory is mine and the power is mine, at least for now, right? Smart people tell me you do not exist. If you do not start listening to me, I just might start believing them. Amen.”
It is amazing that despite the World's Prayer, God so loved the world that ... .
