Thanks to responders who tried to save life

I want to thank all of the emergency medical technicians, 911 operator, police officers, firefighters and the emergency room staff at St. Luke's Hospital who worked so tirelessly to try and save my husband. You are all truly my heroes.
No, he did not make it, but all of you tried so incredibly hard to save his life and for that you have my most heartfelt gratitude.
