I would like to thank the emergency rescue crew of Cedar Rapids.
You saved a blind dog who was floating on a piece of ice down the Cedar River late evening on March 10. I hope the owners know how lucky they are for your hard work and are grateful.
Citizens of Cedar Rapids are fortunate for your unselfishness and dedication to our city.
