Tell Texas Republicans to close their border

I'm hearing Republicans blaming Sen. Tom Harkin for illegal immigrants. Why don't these Republicans tell the state of Texas, which is controlled by the Republicans, to close its border?

When I worked at Tama Meat Packing, there were a lot of illegal immigrants. The politician you would see a lot at Tama Pack was Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. I never once saw Harkin.
