Tell soldiers you appreciate their service

Some gals from Jefferson High School, class of 1959, recently gathered at Bushwood. Some soldiers came in and sat behind us. I asked one soldier if he was Army. He said he was. I thanked him for his service.
When it was time for them to leave, I said again, “thank you for your service and God bless you all.” Some of my fellow Jefferson gals did the same.
Citizens, please let them know how much we care, hug them, let them all know how thankful we are. for all who serve, bless them all.
We need to bless Donald Tyne, head of county veterans affairs, to help vets and their families.
