Taxpayers need bailed out, too

First, we, the taxpayers subsidize about 62 percent of crop insurance premiums for farmers, then we bail out big banks, next we take care of Wall Street. I believe Allen Sheahen (July 14 guest column Gazette) has an idea: Give every adult $10,000 per year with no work requirements and this should pass easily in Congress.
They could add this little tidbit to their list of goodies, along with their generous health care for as long as they need it
