Target kept customers safe, calm

Kudos to Target Store East for outstanding reaction and action taken by their staff during the June 24 tornado warning.
My husband and I were shopping in the store when the tornado sirens were sounded. Target staff calmly asked all customers to move immediately to the rear of the store. There were several frightened, crying children, not to mention some anxious adults. Target staff passed out bottled water and cookies as well as calming words to waiting customers.
Now that is good customer service and excellent marketing.
