Taking business outside of C.R. after ticket

We always travel through, stay, eat and shop in Cedar Rapids, but after returning home in California and receiving a $100 speeding ticket in the mail from your illegal speed trap on I-380, we will not travel through or shop in Cedar Rapids again.
