Take back your students, Cedar Rapids

What to do with the decline of student enrollment in Cedar Rapids schools? It's high time that Cedar Rapids and College Community change their school boundary lines.
Why should we in the College Community district have to keep building schools to teach Cedar Rapids students? These kids belong in the Cedar Rapids district. Everyone north of Highway 30 should go to Cedar Rapids. No open enrollment.
These past years, College Community has had more than 500 students in open enrollment. That's equivalent to a school. Why should Cedar Rapids be closing schools? Take back your students.
