Swanson good pick for Kirkwood board

Please consider this a statement in support of John Swanson, candidate for re-election to the Kirkwood Community College Board of Trustees, Director District 9.

As a member of the board, Swanson has demonstrated a high level of commitment to excellence, sincere service with a superb record of attendance at board meetings and other relevant functions associated with Kirkwood, and as an effective spokesman for the mission of the institution. He brings a high level of expertise and perspective gained from many years experience in the private sector as well as non-profit organizations.

Kirkwood is a nationally recognized postsecondary school deserving the very best in leadership. Swanson has provided this leadership and is most assuredly deserving of re-election.
