Sutliff money should be going toward roads

Why would someone put millions in a bridge to nowhere (Sutliff Bridge) when Johnson County roads need so much maintenance? Do you know how much road stone that would buy?
They sweet-talked our elected Johnson County supervisors into this crap. Let those fools throw a few cables out there and build a suspension walkway. If they're too drunk to walk back across, they should not be driving home anyway.
