Support orphanages for unwanted children
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Feb. 26, 2010 11:03 pm
With the conclusion of the trial of the man who murdered abortion doctor Dr. George Tiller, we have two sides writing virtually opposite opinions on abortion. A few things are clear.
First, most of the people opposed to abortion are also opposed to public sex education and using birth control. Second, if they are as righteous as they claim to be, then it is time to “put up or shut up.” These people need to support the building of orphanages that are models of compassion and efficiency to take care of all the unwanted children they don't want aborted. They profess to be concerned about the right to life, but it's nothing but hypocrisy to care only before the child is born and not about what happens after birth.
