Support Cindy Garlock for CRCSD

I am writing to support Cindy Garlock in the Nov. 7 election. She is an incumbent candidate with a history of positive action in her first term. I really appreciate that she wants to create a first class learning experience for all students. She supports investing in highly qualified staff, and wants to expand pathways for all learners. She supports using public money for public schools. She supports a school environment where all students feel supported and heard. She believes, as I do, that public education lays the groundwork for lifelong learning and personal success.

I also like that she is a proven leader on the school board and in the community. On the school board she is vice president and legislative liaison. She makes frequent trips to the Statehouse and is in regular contact with state legislators, local and statewide. In a society where often there is just talk and no action, Cindy gets things done. Her leadership ensures that schools and staff are able to provide a successful learning experience that benefits all students.

I urge everyone to vote for Cindy Garlock on Nov. 7.
