Sullivan has been ‘integral’ to Johnson County Democrats’ strength

Iowa needs more compassionate, strong leaders. Supervisor Rod Sullivan is one of the good ones and has earned my support.
Rod is a fighter. He has helped our county innovate and he’s not afraid to ruffle feathers in Des Moines. While our state government has failed to provide adequate mental health services, Rod has fought to fill the gaps with programs like the GuideLink Mental Health Access Center. While our state government has failed to increase the minimum wage, Rod has fought for workers in Johnson County to get a raise.
Rod understands that Democrats must succeed inside and outside of Johnson County races to deliver for our constituents. He has been an integral member of the Johnson County Democratic Party’s organizing efforts for years and he has helped make our party stronger. Rod helped me understand our state’s political landscape when I decided to run for the legislature.
Rod Sullivan has the experience and the energy to contribute to Johnson County’s bright future. I’ll be voting for Rod. Join me on or before June 4.
