Student supports Monica Vernon

After attending an event and seeing Monica Vernon's engaging and compassionate speech, I have made my decision on who I support in the race for Bruce Braley's open 1st District congressional seat.
Vernon lit up the room with her enthusiasm and her views on today's top issues. As a college student, I am excited to support her and feel as though she is the best choice to represent our district in Washington.
She presented an enticing platform for serving hardworking Iowans and their families. I'll admit, before the caucus, I knew very little of Vernon, but after a bit of research, I knew I found the right candidate.
