Stranded motorist grateful for help

To the editor:
Thank God for good people in this city. There is nothing like having your car dashboard lights come on and then you have no control of your steering wheel and you are trying to get your car out of the street.
This good gentleman saw what was happening and stopped while he was on his way home with his grandson. He had me open the hood and try a couple of things and no start. He got his phone out and had the towing company and suggestion on where to have car towed with their phone number as well. He would not leave me until Darrah's came and then made sure he drove me to my house. His grandson was in the truck the whole time and he called his wife to let her know what he was doing.
Needless to say, we watched my car being lifted on the tow truck and then he drove me to my house and waited until I got in. I told his grandson how noble his grandfather was and to learn from that. He was adamant about me paying it forward. Thanks to you, Tim and Jaden.
