Stop trying to negotiate with Iran

To the editor:
I have seen a series of letters saying that the Republican senators who signed a letter sent to the government of Iran as 'treasonous” or they are 'traitors” followed by a statement saying they are trying to derail attempts by President Barack Obama to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.
Wow, what delusion, the treaty being talked about does not prevent Iran from getting a weapon, it only delays it for some measure of time, maybe 10 years, but it does not stop them. Iran is our enemy, why try doing a treaty?
Recently, the Iran leader said to a crowd 'death to America” at the same time he is negotiating with John Kerry for a treaty. Does that make any sense to recent letter writers condemning those who are trying to stop this madness of negotiating with Iran? Remember Iran calls the US of A the great Satan, if they get a bomb, they would drop it on us, even on the heads of these letter writers, with great glee.
