Stop scare tactics about health care
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Dec. 5, 2009 11:49 pm
It's a crime when prescription drugs just across the border in Canada are cheaper than the same drugs here, and we hear nothing but warnings they are not to be trusted when they are exactly the same as the ones being sold here.
The insurance industry has being doing its darnedest to scare the public about health care. All we have to do is see what is available to the people of Japan, Canada, England, Germany, Italy, France and even Cuba. For years, we have been brainwashed that this is the greatest country in the world while the corporations have bought our politicians and the rest of the world has passed us by.
