Steen is scarier than satanists

David Leshtz’s community letter on Dec. 8 refers to gubernatorial candidate Adam Steen’s claim that he has won “a battle between good and evil” by preventing the Satanic Temple of Iowa from having a display at the Statehouse. I agree with Leshtz that “government may not deny public services or benefits to people or religious groups because officials disagree with their beliefs.”
As a Christian, I am more afraid of Steen and his cohorts than I am of Satanists.
