Speed cameras nothing to be upset about
Jan. 14, 2012 4:05 pm
I simply cannot understand why people are so upset about the speed cameras. You break the law, you pay the consequences - it is as simple as that. I've been coming to Cedar Rapids at least once a week for more than 20 years, and since the cameras have been installed, I no longer fear for my life when I drive through town.
For those people who refuse to return to Cedar Rapids because they got a ticket, I say thank you. The roads are safer without them.
