Speed camera bill lacks interest

I'm thinking it's a little bit strange that the Iowa Legislature could find enough votes to pass a Dove Kill Bill (last year) that most didn't want. But when it comes to a speed camera bill that most wanted, there was an overall lack of interest.
I'm thinking we the people need to do more of the voting on the issues.
