‘Skimpy’ coverage of Oct. 18 gathering

I was very disappointed in The Gazette’s skimpy coverage of the Oct. 18 No Kings rally in Cedar Rapids.
There were no interviews, no photos, no crowd-size estimate. Good, basic journalism would include those things.
Why was there no coverage of participants in Cedar Rapids, yet three photos only from Mount Vernon were published?
I should think The Gazette would have the resources to send a photographer and reporter over to Eighth Avenue — only a few blocks from The Gazette newsroom — to interview a few participants and/or Indivisible organizers.
