Shey's track record, experience speak loudly
Nov. 29, 2009 12:32 am
Pat Shey's track record includes his tenure in the Iowa Legislature and the city council and of being a pro-jobs, pro-small business and pro-development leader. Cedar Rapids needs this mindset more than ever.
Shey's opponent voted against the application for state I-JOBS funding in the amount of $33 million for flood recovery projects in Cedar Rapids, such as the library, civic center, African-American Museum and CSPS/Legion Arts.
As a small-business owner, Shey understands the hard work it takes to make a small-business successful and to create jobs at the grass roots level of the economy.
