Sherman’s ‘joy’ ignores Kamala Harris’ flip-flops

I read with amusement the latest article by Norman Sherman. The gist of his article was the happy, happy, joy, joy feeling he got from the Democratic convention. He loves Kamala and her valor-stealing running mate, Tim Walz. Sherman shared that he hasn’t been that giddy since he cornered a girl in a hall closet in high school.
Yet the happy, happy, joy, joy, Sherman, and his ever positive attitude he got from the convention, spent most of his 500-plus words spewing hatred toward Trump, Vance and any Republican who supports them. Here’s where it gets really amusing.
Sherman goes after Trump for changing his position on abortion; and Vance for not changing his opposition to abortion. Meanwhile, Kamala has changed her position on everything from a ban on fracking, Medicare for All, decriminalizing illegal immigration and a host of other issues she supported just four years ago when she was running for president.
One of the most left-leaning liberals in the Senate while serving in that body, Harris remains so today. In her recent CNN interview, she introduced her most recent mantra: “my values have not changed.” Could this be a dog whistle for her most liberal friends, Bernie, AOC and The Squad? Could it be her way of saying one thing to the public, while assuring others that she still has her extremely liberal values?
We know what her values are. Let’s see if she keeps them hidden by continuing to simply say “my values have not changed.”
