Shame on Iowa AG Bird for supporting Trump

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird embarrassed Iowa by her trip to New York in support of (now convicted felon) Donald Trump. For those who deliberately avoid the poison, dangerous lies and disinformation that spews from the MAGAverse like a fire hose, it's hard to see why Iowa's top police officer should be sticking up for Trump's right to threaten, harass, and intimidate jurors, witnesses, prosecutors, judges and anyone who does anything to abet the effort to hold Trump accountable.
Gag orders are most typically for mob bosses. This is who AG Bird has thrown her lot in with. In previous cases his reckless threats have led to death threats and violence. Which is the point with Trump. He wants people afraid to tell the truth if it contradicts the MAGA narrative. There has been a recent spate of video clips purporting to prove President Biden is so infirm he should probably wearing a helmet for his own safety. The clips are deviously edited or omit key context to create a lie and many are coming directly from the RNC. Meanwhile, the orange wonder has been going off the rails (would you rather be electrocuted or killed by a shark?) so badly at public events that Fox is selectively editing what it shows. Trump is desperate. As conservative lawyer George Conway said recently, If Trump doesn't win he could well spend the rest of his life in prison; I might add with no cellphone and no spray-on tan. Shame on you AG Bird.
