Senior center belongs at Westdale

To all elected officials of Linn County, it would be a great idea to put a senior center at Westdale Mall. The City of Cedar Rapids is considered a Blue Zone city. The City of Five Seasons. The second largest city in Iowa. Your tax dollars are going to Westdale. If you don't believe me, look at your property taxes. They go up every year, while the city, county and state give tax breaks to companies, such as Frew and other big companies.
I am sure if the elected officials get together they will come up with something.
