School celebration questioned

What is wrong with this picture?
The Nov. 2 story, “Students celebrate day of the dead,” at Willowwind Kindergarten School in Iowa City: Kindergarten children decorated pumpkins for the Dia de los Muertos Altar and skeleton masks to wear. But public schools are not allowed to celebrate the Lord's birth and Christmas with a Nativity.
