The city made a wise decision when it hired Jeff Pomeranz as city manager. Voters can make an equally wise decision by choosing Ralph Russell to serve on our city council.
My 40 years as a consulting engineer to various city governments tell me that he is the most qualified candidate. His decades of unique engineering management and design experience fits in with one of this city's greatest needs, which is for efficiently designed and managed infrastructure improvements. The ongoing increase in costs make it necessary to choose councilmen with experience who can reduce costs by getting projects done right the first time and without political patronage. He is offering his experience for our use and we should accept the offer. He doesn't need training, is a team player and will give a lot of time and experience to city problems.
If you like great bargains that have big returns, evaluate his experience and consider choosing him to represent you in city government.
