Romney is unfit to be president

Medicare fraud was committed by a subsidiary of Bain Capital, namely Damon Corporation, a medical laboratory company, which was fraudulently billing Medicare, while Mitt Romney was CEO of Bain. Damon was eventually sold to Corning, which uncovered the practice, stopped it and reported it. Damon had to pay $119 million in fines and restitution. This fraud occurred from 1988 until 1993, when Corning took it over.
Of course, the practice started before Bain Capital bought the firm, but it continued during Romney's term at Bain. The question posed by this lack of oversight: Was it intentional - Romney and Bain did make quite a bit of money from the sale of Damon - or was it an example of incompetent oversight? In either case, this affair would seem to prove that Romney is unfit for the presidency of the United States.
There seems to be quite a few ethical lapses in Romney's business career. I realize that it's easier to make money if you cut ethical corners but Warren Buffett is able to make money without resorting to these methods.
Mr. Romney were you a fool or a knave?
