Rod Blum remains noticeably absent

On May 11, it will be one year since U.S. Representative Rod Blum held a public event.
When congressional terms are only two years long, that means he has been unavailable to publicly answer questions and address concerns from his constituents for half of his term. When an individual is an elected official, this absence is unacceptable.
Where are you, Rod? When do you actually plan to start representing the people of northeast Iowa?
