Reynolds isn’t pro-life for all lives

Friday's Gazette quoted epidemiologist Dr. Salinas at U of Iowa - 'We are going to lose our grandparents, our parents. ' A companion article states that 70 percent of COVID hospitalizations are over age 60, according Gov. Kim Reynold's spokesperson.
I thought Reynolds was pro-life. Apparently, pro-life includes only the fetus, and not the parents or grandparents - the adults are expendable. Pro-life apparently only depends on the age of the individual. When the Affordable Care Act was proposed, some Republicans misinterpreted the law to include provisions for end-of-life care that they called killing grandma. Apparently, for COVID, killing grandparents is acceptable.
