In response to the lady who wrote about no meatless options in Cedar Rapids (March 24 letter): My husband and I own the 16th Avenue Grill. We try to feature lots of different options for everybody, including vegetarian. I am happy to make accommodations for people. It expands our food horizons and hopefully for others.
Don't sell Cedar Rapids short for dining experiences. You sometimes just have to seek out the locally owned and operated places. Not just the cookie-cutter restaurants.
