Response to Dorman’s ‘clown's nose’ column
Nov. 15, 2022 6:00 am
Insight editor Todd Dorman — insight into what? His hatred for Republicans? We Republicans read this and wonder what we have done wrong in loving our country, loving God, loving the Constitution and the rule of law, respecting our sovereignty as a nation, and wanting our schools to teach reading, writing, math, history and science! Leave the rest to the parents. What is radical about any of that?
It's clear that Mr. Dorman doesn't like to lose but to help him with his anger management and perhaps to better understand why the loss occurred, he should spend the next year having a weekly breakfast with a random Republican. Get out and live a little. Maybe by the end of that year he will want to be part of the clown's nose. By the way, we were Republicans long before Donald Trump came along and will remain Republicans long after he is gone. And, we will entertain an idea or two from Democrats along the way, if it makes good common sense to do so. He would know that, if he knew us. I hope he will make an effort. We are fun to be around!
