Religion not relevant to firefighter’s duty

A solution for those with a problem relating to the image on the fire truck boom: Leave your name and address with the emergency services and when you need the fire department, they will not come, so you are not offended.
Where does it end? Do you want to start complaining if a fireman shows up to save you and they are wearing any kind of symbol on their person or equipment? Or better yet, complain that they went to a church on their off time because you just do not hold with that type of display of belief?
I was always told that a fireman was that special type of person who ran toward danger to help when others fled. I have no checklist for the people who come to my aid.
